General

How does billing work?

Intentra charges per scan, not per token. One scan = one AI action you initiate.

What’s included in the free tier?

  • 100 scans per month
  • Basic dashboard
  • Single user

Can I upgrade mid-cycle?

Yes! Your upgrade takes effect immediately and is prorated.

What happens if I exceed my limit?

You’ll receive a notification. Scans continue but are marked as overage.

Can I set usage alerts?

Yes, in Settings → Alerts → Usage Thresholds.

Payment

What payment methods are accepted?

  • Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
  • ACH bank transfer (annual plans only)

How do I cancel?

Visit Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan.

Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
